Call for Case Studies

Present at the AI in Research Management Virtual Symposium

ARMS invites Case Study submissions for the AI in Research Management Virtual Symposium, taking place online on 17 February 2027.

We are seeking practical, experience-based case studies that explore how AI is being implemented, tested, governed or scaled within research management. Submissions may showcase successful initiatives, pilots and works in progress, as well as challenges, unexpected outcomes and lessons learned.

Selected presenters will share their case study in a 30-minute virtual session, comprising approximately 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for questions and discussion.
